Drafting Services with FMC CADD

Paper to CADD

FMC CADD Specializes in taking your scanned paper drawings and making them CAD drawings.

Converting scanned paper drawings into a CAD ready format is called Raster to Vector conversions. There are automatic programs that will convert these scanned images into Vector or CAD formats, once you see the quality you will understand that it's not worth your time. We offer large format scanning, and conversion service. These are two very different services, let me explain.

Tracing drawing:

Tracing is just that tracing, FMC CAD can trace the drawing to look exactly like the original, the final file will be a vector CAD file that will look exactly like the scanned image.

Re-Draw

Re-Drawing requires much more time and effort. Your scanned drawings are redrawn to scale based on the actual drawing information. A line 5'-0" long will be 5'-0" when you receive the final file.
